Business Model - customer segment

           On tuesday lecture class, we already draw out the Osterwalder's Business Model and go through of what is business model. So today tutorial class we are going to understand and learn about the Customer Segment - the first building blocks of Business Model Canvas (Osterwalder's Business Model).

         Today tutorial class started with a interesting activities, which is how to identify the right customer. If a company didn't identify the right customer, they will lose money in their business.

        After that, we have to state out 30 descriptions of the customer that we targeted. based on the result of the Maslow's hierarchy of needs we done on last tutorial class, the highest amount is physiological. Therefore, we have to state out all the descriptions of the customer based on physiological.
