Marketing research question.

Today tutorial class we have to do the survey and research on the group of customers in value proposition and customer segment. Since last week our idea on value proposition is ban because we lack of our target audience acknowledge, so this week we have to redo before going to research question. At the end, our value proposition have backpacking, destress campaign.

Now we start categorize the value proposition into the chart about the ability to provide unique product service to customer. At the end, we are doing backpacking.

Next, we have to come out with 5 questions about the backpacking. The 5 questions are able to help us moving to next step.

Today lesson was teach about value proposition and customer relationship. We has been required to figure out 5 characteristic of our product/services in value proposition part. After we done this part, we asking sir to help us take a look on it was it can be use? Sadly, our idea was ban because we lack of our target audience acknowledge.            Today lecture is talking about our individual assignment which is Franchises. During the lecture, Mr Stephen Ong has shown us a video about a talk of a franchise company. He also share with us about the history of McDonald and how McDonald success their franchises. After that, we have given order to create 5 question based on each checklist. Business Model - customer segment

           On tuesday lecture class, we already draw out the Osterwalder's Business Model and go through of what is business model. So today tutorial class we are going to understand and learn about the Customer Segment - the first building blocks of Business Model Canvas (Osterwalder's Business Model).

         Today tutorial class started with a interesting activities, which is how to identify the right customer. If a company didn't identify the right customer, they will lose money in their business.

Maslow's hierarchy of needs, and entrepreneurship potencial.


          After we finish list out 100 solutions for the healthcare problems. we move into next stage, which is categorize the problems and solutions into Maslow's hierarchy. Before that, we have a short lecture about Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and entrepreneurship potencial. There are total 8 levels in Maslow’s hierarchy, which are self-transcendence (1)  self-actualization (2)  aesthetic (3), cognitive (4), self-esteem (5), belongingess (6), safety & security (7), physiological (8) .

           After the short lecture, we start categorize the problems into Maslow's hierarchy of needs.

List out 100 solutions for all the healthcare problems.



           On our first tutorial class, we already list out 100 problems in our dairy life. The highest problem is healthcare. Since last week Friday is public holiday, so we have to list out 100 solutions for the healthcare problems on today tutorial class. Time limit is around 20 minutes. We separated the solutions into two part, one is product another is services.

             At the end, the product part we categorize into 5 categories. For the services part, we categorize into 8 categories. The highest amount of the solution for the product part is 13. Beside that, the highest amount of the solution for the services part is 13.
